Our Awana Purpose: To give children an afternoon/evening of community fun and Bible truth during the week.
The three parts of Club Night:
● Game time – Spend time with friends in engaging team games.
● Council time – Bible learning through songs and stories.
● Handbook time – Memorize Bible verses and learn important truths in small groups.
● Meets on Wednesdays (September – April)
● Includes children who are three years old in September up through 6th grade, and follows the structure of Awana Clubs International – an interdenominational organization dedicated to teaching the Bible to children. My three year-old daughter LOVES Awana! And it’s amazing the bible verses she is memorizing – I never would have thought she could memorize verses at such a young age. Plus, the hour and a half to myself is a nice bonus, too!
