Bloomingdale Church loves and cares about kids and teenagers. One of the main ways we care for them is by staffing kid and teen ministries with wonderful adult and teen volunteers.

Bloomingdale Church is committed to protecting children and teenagers by carefully screening all adult and volunteers.

First Time Volunteers

+Must have attended Bloomingdale Church for at least six months being allowed to volunteer.

+Must print and fill out the First Time Volunteering with Minors application before being allowed to volunteer.

Returning Volunteers

+Must fill out the Volunteering with Minors Renewal Application below.

+This online form is to be filled out annually.  (The year begins in September.)

+This form can only be filled out by those who have already filled out “First Time Volunteering with Minors Application.”

+This form is to be completed by an applicant for any volunteer position within the Bloomingdale Church involving the supervision or custody of minors. It is being used to help church leaders provide a secure environment for children and youth who participate in our programs and use our facilities.
