Visiting

Visiting a church can be an anxious experience. Whether you’re coming back to church or trying it out for the first time, it can be a big step. At Bloomingdale Church, we want you to find a friendly place and some  practical guidance and encouragement in your spiritual journey.

Here are some helpful facts as you visit Bloomingdale Church.

1). We have multiple weekend worship hours: Saturdays at 5:30 PM, Sundays 8:30 AM and 11:00 AM in the main sanctuary.

2). There are six outside entrances to the sanctuary: We have three sets of doors in front of the church along Glen Ellyn Road. There are additionally three sets of doors along the lower level west side of the building (where most of the parking is located). On the lower level of the building, signs direct you to the main sanctuary.

3). If you have children, we have  a clean, staffed nursery, sanctuary infant room, and Children’s Church at every worship hour. For more information, visit our Kid’s Quest Page.

4). The atmosphere is friendly and comfortable. People  dress as they wish.  Some dress up,  some dress casual.   Our weekly worship hours are  God focused. We creatively use both traditional and contemporary elements in our worship and the Bible teaching. The total time of each is about an hour. (Saturday 5:30 to 6:30PM, Sunday 8:30-9:30 AM or Sunday 11AM to noon.)

5). People from  a broad spectrum of ages, ethnic heritages, as well as a lot of different  church backgrounds (and lack of church backgrounds)  attend Bloomingdale Church.

6.  Our phone number is 630-894-0090 and the church office is open Monday through Friday  9AM to 4PM, Saturdays 7 AM to 10 AM.
